Here at Authentic Venture, we are proud with our internship program where we train students and fresh graduates to become highly skilled and increase their personal knowledge and soft skills.
Most of our interns have managed to gain huge improvements on their skills and especially on presentation and soft skills that they are highly valuable to other employers as well once they have completed internship here. A huge part of our workforce also comprised of those who have joined our internship programs first before joining us as full-time employees.
How do we do it?
When we first interview the candidates, we ensure that they are suitable in the role and we interview them as if they are joining us as a full time (with less stringent on the requirements and skills needed but more on the potential to be developed).
Once they have joined us, they undergo the exact same training that we provide to our full time employees and assign them to a senior as their supervisor. They will be exposed to real world job and work whereby they need to delivery high quality work just as if they are one of the full time employees.
Their work quality will be monitored not just by the supervisor but also by their HOD, all the way to COO and the CEO to ensure that their potential is well developed.
At the end of the internship period, we will provide them with an internship completion certificate that outlines their performance and achievements at Authentic Venture Sdn Bhd. If they did well, they will have very good certificate that will help them in their career.
Last week, three of our interns have completed their training here at Authentic Venture Sdn Bhd. All 3 of them did well here. One of then have accepted offer from us, one of them have accepted an offer to become a lecturer and another one will have to complete their course’s report for university submission.
By the way, thank you to all three of you, Faiz, Atikah and Nazeem for your contribution here. Faiz, looking forward for more of your achievements here at Authentic Venture. To Atikah and Nazeem, good luck and all the best for your future endeavors.
